Our apartment 1 is on the ground floor and is approx. 61 m². The apartment is suitable for 5-6 people (+ 1 crib - without an additional fee) and is divided as follows:

- living room with a large seating area and a sofa bed, which can also be used as a single bed
- terrace - approx. 10 m²
- 1 double room with private bathroom (shower) and separate private toilet
- 1 triple room
- 1 bathroom with shower
- 1 toilet
